George Samenuk Appointed to Serve on Board of Directors for Radiient Technologies(TM): Fast Growing HDTV and Home Theater Technology Start-up Selec

(BusinessWire EON) July 31, 2007 -- Mr. Samenuk brings a wealth of leadership expertise to Radiient, most notably in helping companies become more customer-centric in their product development and marketplace communications. Prior to his decision to join the Board, Mr. Samenuk spent considerable time with the Company and its leaders to evaluate the growth strategies planned by Radiient. Before his position at McAfee, Mr. Samenuk served as President and CEO of Tradeout, a privately held global online exchange for business surplus, as well as various senior management positions for IBM Corporation. As general manager of IBM Americas, he was responsible for all IBM customers in Canada, Latin America and the United States, which generated over $40 billion of IBM's revenue. Samenuk holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Brown University.
